Breaking Ground
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin will lease 15,000 square feet of space in a new, 23,600-square-foot medical office building Irgens plans to build at the former site of the Venice Club restaurant at 1905 N. Calhoun Road in Brookfield. The Froedtert and MCW space will be used for a primary care and women’s health clinic. Irgens is planning to break ground in April.
