Milwaukee-based Brady Corp. has named John Miller senior vice president and chief technology officer.
Miller will report to Thomas Felmer, interim president and chief executive officer of the identification solution and specialty materials manufacturer. He will manage new product development and lead global research and development initiatives.
He previously worked for 3M Company for 28 years, most recently as technical director for the industrial adhesives and tapes division. Miller holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
“John Miller brings a wealth of applicable experience and a track record of developing industry leading new products and technologies as Brady looks to increase its focus on innovation and new product development,” Felmer said. “We are excited to have John join the Brady team. His technology leadership skills, passion for innovation and focus on serving our customers will be great additions to our organization.”
