The Bradley Impact Fund, a Milwaukee-based donor-advised fund that supports conservative causes, has named Gabe Conger as its new president.

Gabe Conger

Conger was formerly the director of philanthropy for the fund, which supports “American constitutional liberties and ideals” in affiliation with The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation.

The fund said it has become one of the nation’s leading conservative donor-advised funds, growing from $3.5 million in 2013 to more than $9 million last year.

Conger will oversee the fund’s daily operations and develop long-term growth strategies.

“As president, Gabe will strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of the Impact Fund at this critical time in its short history, “ said Mike Grebe, chairman of the Bradley Impact Fund. “Gabe’s dedication to the principles and institutions of American exceptionalism and his strong experience within the conservative philanthropic community will help the fund advance its mission and increase its impact.”

Prior to joining the Bradley Impact Fund, Conger was an advisor to the president for donor relations at The Heritage Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based conservative think tank.

He succeeds former Bradley Impact Fund president Jessica Dean, who will move into a newly created role of senior vice president for development.

“We thank Jessica for her service as president of the Impact Fund during this time of transformation and growth,” Grebe said. “Her tenacity, unique ability to invigorate the donor community and her commitment to advancing American ideals have helped make the Impact Fund one of the fastest growing conservative, donor-advised funds in the country.”
