Bradley Corp. completes new plant in Germantown

Menomonee Falls-based Bradley Corp. recently held a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony at its new, 190,000-square-foot plant at N106 W13500 Bradley Way in Germantown. The facility, which may be expanded to 300,000 square feet in the future, will be the primary manufacturing location for a variety of commercial washroom products.

This Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. granted the Bradley Corporation $540,000 in Economic Development Tax Credits to assist with the $12 million manufacturing and distribution warehouse project. The tax credits will reimburse the company over a three year period based on the company’s capital investment.
