Boys & Girls Clubs opens new Best Buy Teen Tech Center in Sherman Park

Jake Broge, a Best Buy volunteer, works with a teen in the new tech center.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee’s Mary Ryan Club recently unveiled its new Best Buy Teen Tech Center in the Sherman Park neighborhood.

The new center was created out of a partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs, Best Buy and the Clubhouse Network, and will provide local teenagers free, hands-on access to state of the art technology. In addition to new computers and furniture, the space has a recording studio, 3-D printer, t-shirt press, green screen and access to creative platforms like Adobe Suite.
