Boerke moves office to larger downtown space

Milwaukee-based real estate brokerage firm The Boerke Company Inc. has moved its offices out of the 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. building to a larger space at 731 N. Jackson St.

Boerke is leasing the entire 14,000-square-foot seventh floor of the 9-story building. It is using about 7,300 square feet of the space for office space and the remainder is for storage purposes. The firm had about 6,100 square feet of office space at 411 E. Wisconsin Ave.

Boerke is also now the leasing broker for the building, which is owned by Hoffman Management Co.

The firm also announced that it has added two new brokers, William Stalle to the industrial team and Bill Bradley to the retail team. The firm now has 20 licensed brokers and a support staff of about 10.

Creative Business Interiors and the Boerke Management Company managed the custom tenant build-out of the new office space.

Last week, The Boerke Company and Brookfield-based Richter Realty & Investment Inc. announced the formation of Boerke Management Company, which will service the metro Milwaukee area and be led by Tom Richter, president of Richter Realty & Investment, along with his 12-person team. Leadership from both companies said that they saw the new Boerke Management Company as a way to grow each of their firms, merge expertise, and to come under one unified brand that will be able to provide full commercial real estate brokerage, property management, receivership, project management, and consultation.
