Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza coming to Milwaukee area

Pasadena, Calif.-based Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, a fast-casual build-your-own artisan pizza chain, announced that its franchisee, Walch Hospitality Group, LLC, will soon open a location in The Brownstones, located at 17500 W. Bluemound in Brookfield. The 60-seat restaurant will occupy 2,650 square feet of space.

The Brookfield restaurant is part of a plan to build six Blaze Pizza’s in Milwaukee and Madison by 2015. The Brookfield restaurant is the first location to be announced by Walch Hospitality Group, LLC under a recently signed franchise development agreement.

“We’re thrilled by the positive response our concept has received, and are excited to be opening our first restaurant,” said John Walch, president of Walch Hospitality Group. “We’re looking forward to bringing fast-casual pizza to the market and showing Milwaukee what it has been missing.”
