BizTimes Real Estate Weekly: WAC plans fitness center in new office tower

The Wisconsin Athletic Club plans to open a 24,000-square-foot fitness center in the 18-story office building that Wauwatosa-based Irgens plans to build at 833 E. Michigan St. in downtown Milwaukee, according to numerous commercial real estate sources.

Irgens last week announced details of its plans to build a $100 million, 350,000-square-foot office building at the site of the U.S. Bank Center annex parking structure. The building would be the new headquarters for the Godfrey & Kahn law firm, which would occupy 100,000 square feet on the top four floors. For more, read the BizTimes Real Estate Weekly.
