The Institute of Real Estate Management’s Milwaukee Chapter held its 24th annual forecast breakfast Jan. 14.
Mark Eppli, Marquette University’s, Chair in Real Estate and Professor of Finance served as the keynote speaker. Speakers also included industry experts Stewart Wangard, Wangard Partners, Inc.; Ross Koepsel, Commercial Property Associates, Inc.; Brian S. Parrish, PARADIGM Real Estate, LLC; and Matt Hunter, CBRE.
