Bielinski Homes finishes new headquarters

Bielinski Homes has completed work on its new corporate headquarters on Stone Ridge Drive in the Ridgeview Corporate Center.
The company moved its headquarters into the new building in mid-December but has recently completed its interior decorating and construction of a unique natural landscape on the corporate campus.
The 36,000-square foot headquarters now houses the entire staff of Bielinski Homes – more than 100 employees – which had previously been operating from four different office locations in Waukesha and Delafield. The two-story building is equipped with energy-efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems, along with state-of-the-art, integrated computer and telecommunications systems and a high-tech security system.
For customers, the headquarters offers a 2,000-square foot design studio that serves as a showroom for interior and exterior options.
The headquarters is designed in a "prairie" style that emphasizes natural materials and clean, horizontal lines. Brick, limestone and tinted glass are the primary exterior materials.
Located on the ridge overlooking Interstate 94 just west of Highway 164, the structure also features a copper-clad roof which is visible from I-94 in winter when the adjacent woodland trees have dropped their leaves.
