Bentley Worldwide Packaging sells Glendale facility in sale-leaseback deal

LCM Funds buys building for $5.8 million

Milwaukee-based LCM Funds LLC purchased a 261,560-square-foot industrial building in Glendale from Bentley World Packaging for $5.8 million in a sale-leaseback deal.

Bentley, which sold the same building, located at 200 W. Capitol Drive, 10 years ago to STAG Industrial, bought it back at the end of last year for $3.915 million in order to invest in building improvements.

Bentley will now leaseback the entire building from LCM Funds in the 10-year deal.

Kurt Van Dyke and Kevin Barry of The Barry Company were the sole brokers on the transaction.
