Bentley World-Packaging sells Cudahy facility for $1.2 million

Bentley Development LLC, an affiliate of Milwaukee-based Bentley World-Packaging Ltd., recently sold a 64,980-square-foot industrial property at 5350 S. Kirkwood Ave., Cudahy, to Kirkwood Holdings LLC, d.b.a. Huron Fabrication and Machine Corp. for $1.2 million.

Kevin Barry and Kurt Van Dyke of Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry brokered the deal for Bentley World-Packaging.

Cudahy-based Huron Fabrication and Machine Corp., a contract manufacturing company located in an adjacent space at 5355 S, Kirwood Ave., plans to use the building that it bought from Bentley to expand its growing business.

The property was excess space for Bentley World-Packaging, which has multiple locations nationwide.
