The core of our business is relationships. Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships between FLOOR360 team members, clients, suppliers, contractors and partners informs everything we do. 

To strengthen relationships between team members we host events to create shared experiences like Family Bowling Night, Installer Appreciation Cookout, Winter Party, Milwaukee Brewers baseball games and a Chili Cook Off. There are extra perks for our team like paid birthday holidays, flexible working hours & locations, and everyone that is mentioned in a positive online review gets a $25 gift card for their role in delighting our customers. 

Weekly emailed updates contain birthday and anniversary dates of everyone to encourage engagement with each other on a consistent basis.  

We also prioritize giving back to the communities that have given us so much. We sponsor Design for a Difference in Madison and Milwaukee.

Since 2015, FLOOR360 has led makeover projects that represent over $2 million in donated materials, labor, time and funds in the Milwaukee and Madison community. 

The whole team participates during the makeover so everyone can share in the joy of giving.
