Boston-based Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC in June opened an office in Milwaukee, in the Mayer Building at 342 N. Water St. in the Historic Third Ward.
The staffing firm has 43 national offices, including an office in Madison. It has expanded substantially over the past five years, adding a number of offices in that time, said Christopher Wilcock, marketing coordinator at Beacon Hill.
“Just in terms of revenue, we’ve grown from maybe $100 million in 2010 to now, we’re over $300 million,” he said.
The Milwaukee office, called Beacon Hill Financial and located in Suite 600, focuses on financial professional placement across all experience levels and industries. The company, which has four employees at the Milwaukee office, employs contingency and retained search methods, in addition to temporary and contract workers.
The company has been serving the Milwaukee market from its Chicago office for the past year.
“We have been in Chicago for the last 11 years and, given our geographical footprint, it seems only natural that we would head north to Milwaukee,” said Joanna Foulk, managing director of Beacon Hill Financial at Beacon Hill Staffing Group.
