Jay Mack has been with Town Bank/Wintrust since its inception in 1998 and has over 35 years of banking experience. After receiving his undergraduate and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Mack began his career at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He later became a Commercial Banking Officer at M&I Bank in Milwaukee and then Executive Vice President of Johnson Bank in Milwaukee before assisting in the startup of Town Bank.
