Aurora to expand in Racine and Walworth counties

Aurora Health Care has announced a new $100 million investment in western Racine and Walworth counties in the coming years.

Part of this investment will go toward a new ambulatory surgery center and clinic on the border of Racine and Walworth Counties. The facility is planned for a 70-acre parcel of land on Spring Valley Road, outside of Burlington.

Plans also include a “reinvestment” in existing Aurora hospitals in Elkhorn and Burlington.
