Aurora Health Care building in Hartford sold

American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust Inc. recently acquired three medical office buildings that are leased to Aurora Health Care, including a building in Hartford. The other two are in Neenah and Two Rivers. All of the buildings are 100 percent leased by Aurora.

American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust paid $63 million for the buildings, which have a total of 226,046 square feet of space.

“We are very pleased to complete the acquisition of these three high-quality, recently constructed medical office buildings leased and operated by one of the largest and most reputable health care systems in the state of Wisconsin, Aurora Health Care,” said Tom D’Arcy, chief executive officer of American Realty Capital Healthcare Advisors LLC. “As we effectively deploy our capital, these properties add to our diversified portfolio, focused on health care assets leased to strong national and regional operators on a long-term basis.”
