AT&T relocates administrative offices from Pewaukee to Brookfield

New space is 130,000 square feet smaller

AT&T is vacating the Riverwood Corporate Center in Pewaukee

AT&T has moved its administrative offices out of the 176,960-square-foot Riverwood Corporate Center in Pewaukee and is leasing 45,323 square feet of space on Executive Drive in Brookfield.

But the reduction in office space will not mean a reduction in the local workforce, according to Samara Sodos, a spokesperson for AT&T.

“Employees from the Riverwood building will be relocating to multiple locations, including other AT&T buildings, along with the Executive Drive building in Brookfield,” Sodos said.

She declined to provide a headcount for specific locations.

In April, Riverwood Corporate Center, located at N1 7 W24300 Riverwood Drive, was made available for lease when AT&T announced it would be vacating the property. The property will be fully available by Jan 1, 2017.
