Associated adds three leaders

Associated Bank has announced three new additions to its leadership team in Milwaukee.

Kate Kucharski has been named vice president, manager of talent acquisition. She will lead a team of internal recruiters to conduct hiring and manage external recruiting resources. Kucharski has more than 15 years of recruitment management experience, most recently serving as talent acquisition project manager at The RightThing Inc.

Jasin Pasho has been hired as senior vice president, relationship manager in the bank’s commercial banking division. He will develop and manage relationships with commercial clients throughout the Milwaukee area. Pasho has more than 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving as vice president in the commercial banking and special assets group at Johnson Bank.

Charlie Wang has been named vice president, database administrator. He will work on a data warehouse project that supports corporate decision-making. Wang has a master’s in business administration in finance and management information systems from Rutgers University and most recently served as a senior data warehouse developer at Manpower Group.
