The CEO of Milwaukee-based ASQ, a global quality organization, recently purchased a condo on the 22nd floor of Kilbourn Tower, located near the lakefront in downtown Milwaukee, for $575,000, according to state records.
William and Paula Troy purchased the 2,397-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit from KT 2203 LLC, which is registered to William Arpe, president and CEO of Fiduciary Real Estate Development.
The city of Milwaukee assessed the value of the condo at $574,800.
Kilbourn Tower is located at 923 E. Kilbourn Ave.
William Troy was named CEO of ASQ in 2014, after retiring from his role as a lieutenant general in the U.S. Army. He was featured in a 2014 BizTimes Milwaukee magazine cover story.
