Asian restaurant and grocery store planned for former Kohl’s building at 2750 Grange Ave.
Viet Hoa Holdings Inc. plans to open an Asian-themed restaurant called "Imperial Buffet" and an Asian grocery store called Viet Hoa Supermarket in the former Kohl’s building at 2750 Grange Ave.
Viet Hoa Holdings owns a 40,000-square-foot mostly vacant portion of the building. The only tenant is Dollar Store, which occupies a small space. The rest of the building has been vacant since Kohl’s closed several years ago.
The rest of the building, not owned by Viet Hoa, is occupied by a PetWorld store.
