Artisan Funds, a family of 12 no-load mutual funds managed by Milwaukee-based Artisan Partners LP, launched its Artisan Global Equity Fund on Monday.
The new fund will be co-managed by Mark Yockey, portfolio manager of Artisan International Fund and Artisan International Small Cap Fund, and Barry Dargan, who recently joined Artisan Partners from MFS Investment Management. While he was with MFS, Dargan was managing director, portfolio manager for MFS International Growth Fund and portfolio co-manager of MFS Global Growth Fund.
