CBRE Group Inc. has promoted Kevin Armstrong to managing director and market leader for the firm’s downtown Milwaukee office.
Armstrong has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously he was a senior vice president and office broker for CBRE’s Milwaukee office, succeeds Tim Brauer, who has taken a position with The James Campbell Company.
