Arctic Glacier ice plant in Menomonee Falls sold for $5 million

Sells for well above assessed value

The Arctic Glacier plant at N60 W160280 Kohler Lane in Menomonee Falls has been sold to an affiliate of New York-based New Mountain Capital for $5 million, according to state records.

The sale price is well above the assessed value for the property of $1.57 million, according to Waukesha County records.

Arctic Glacier is a Winnipeg, Manitoba-based manufacturer of packaged ice. The Menomonee Falls plant is one of 45 production facilities that the company operates.
