Archbishop Listecki to be interviewed at next Newsmaker Luncheon

Archbishop Jerome Listecki will be the subject of the next Milwaukee Press Club Newsmaker Luncheon on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

 

Listecki, the 11th archbishop of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, will be interviewed by a panel of journalists about topics surrounding the future of the Roman Catholic Church.

He succeeded Timothy Dolan, who was named archbishop of New York in 2009. Listecki previously served as bishop of the Diocese of La Crosse.

The public is invited to attend the luncheon, which will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells St. in downtown Milwaukee. The cost is $18 for MPC members, $23 for non-members and $13 for students.
