Pierce Manufacturing Inc. has been a cornerstone of the Fox Cities manufacturing scene for generations.
Started in 1913 by Humphrey and Dudley Pierce, it’s now a popular place of employment for Fox Valley residents and beyond. Company representatives say it’s becoming more difficult, however, to hire qualified people in part due to a changing paradigm among young adults.
