Anytime Fitness expands in Cudahy

Anytime Fitness Cudahy has opened its newly expanded and remodeled facility.

The official ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday with the very first Anytime Fitness Cudahy member, Cindy Rensch, doing the honors.

The gymnasium, which is located at 5879 S. Packard Ave., was expanded from 4,000 to 6,500 square feet.

The $150,000 expansion and remodeling included new paint, flooring, lightning, fans, an additional HVAC system, a new group room and new cardio and weight equipment.

“We’re so fortunate to have some of the best members that allow us to provide a smaller, more personable, friendly atmosphere,” said Jennifer Moreau, owner and trainer.  “This is not just a regular gym, it’s a family. We’re happy to invest back into these amazing people and community.”

Don and Jennifer Moreau purchased the club in 2008 and have grown it to over 600 members and 12 staff members.
