What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Running five miles per day, strength training every other day, core training every other day, elliptical every other day.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
I have much more energy throughout the day by being fit. I feel confident in all areas of my life.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
I’m able to spend long amounts of time working when necessary.

Yes
What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?
none, but we have a corporate plan with the WAC
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We have lower than average health costs, and absenteeism is almost non-existent
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Allow all employees to choose a wellness plan that works for them. Don’t try to force-fit individual people into group plans. Encourage fitness and wellness throughout all levels of the organization.
