Godfrey & Kahn recently welcomed Andrew F. Spillane to the firm. Spillane is a member of the Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, branch and loan portfolio sales, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and financial technology. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Spillane was associate general counsel at a Milwaukee-area bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University and received his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
