Milwaukee-based Alterra Coffee announced that it will open a new café this summer at 225 E. St. Paul Ave. in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
The café will be slightly smaller than other Alterra locations and tailored to serving a downtown clientele.
“The Third Ward has a great and growing retail presence. We love the walkability and diverse mix of people, business and buildings in this neighborhood,” said Scott Schwebel, Alterra’s director of marketing. “Because ofits smaller size, we are exploring a slightly different café experience geared especially toward this urban neighborhood. This will be a wonderful new edition to our family of cafes.”
