The biggest obstacle now is economic uncertainty and inability to plan for the future, even in the short term. Interest rates, healthcare and mandated benefits, new regulations and uncertain tax rates all affect planning and seem to be a moving target.

An expansion of sales and marketing, both domestically and globally. Emphasis on new business development, website enhancement and strategic alliances

I admire entrepreneurs and business people that are willing to take risks and create whole new industries, such as Mark Zuckerberg with Facebook. Creativity will keep us competitive and relevant.
