Allrite acquires insulation firm

Allrite Home & Remodeling Inc., a Milwaukee company specializing in siding, roofing, window and gutter replacement, has acquired S&E Insulation in Shorewood.

S&E Insulation, family owned and operated since 1991, provides a variety of services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients and uses blown-in cellulose, fiberglass and foam for insulation. The company was sold by Steve Sennholz, who is staying on as a contractor with Allrite Home & Remodeling. The other employees of S&E Insulation also have joined the merged firm.

The S&E Insulation company name will be retained, and it will continue to operate as a division of Allrite, according to Allrite owner Randy Miller.

“For more than 40 years, our company mission has been to become the leading home remodeling business in southeastern Wisconsin,” Miller said. “The addition of insulation to our product line is the latest affirmation of commitment to expand and improve services to our customers, bringing us one step closer to accomplishing our goal. We are very excited that this transaction brings together two high quality companies that are committed to providing outstanding products and service. The combined business will allow us to deliver a wider range of services to our customers.”
