Wisconsin’s bioscience industry is “sizable and growing,” with the number of jobs in the industry growing 8.2 percent to nearly 31,800 between 2007 and 2012, according to a new Battelle/BIO report.
Wisconsin was one of 12 states to gain at least 1,000 jobs in the biotech and life sciences field in that span.
