With floor-to-ceiling windows and five glass garage doors, this newly constructed 8,200-square-foot venue offers views of the Menomonee River and access to the adjacent outdoor space, known as The Square.

The 4,800-square-foot space looks like a ski lodge, complete with a fireplace, bar and four SkyTechSport downhill ski and snowboard simulators that are available for group bookings and private parties.
