$30 million office/retail project slated for downtown Naperville

    A Naperville developer plans a $30 million retail-and-office project on a key property in the suburb’s downtown, picking up the pieces from a previous project there that wound up in foreclosure.

    Dwight Yackley, president and owner of BBM Inc., aims to build 33,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and 66,000 square feet of office space on the property at 10 S. Main Street. The office space, on three upper floors, would wrap around a parking structure built by the project’s original developer.
