The next part is to create a link around that image. This will allow javascript to affect the image properties.

A day after a wildfire consumed nearly 9,000 acres and 47 structures in Douglas County in northwestern Wisconsin, the Department of Natural Resources, in conjunction with the National Weather Service, has announced that a Red Flag Warning is in effect today in Florence and Marinette counties and the DNR suspended all burning permits throughout the state today.
