Lake Mills is on the verge of getting a second grocery store.
Mitch Eveland, who is 2007 purchased Capitol Centre Market in downtown Madison, announced plans for a $6 million grocery story on Tyranena Park Road just west of Highway 89 in Lake Mills.
Construction of the 48,000-square-foot store would begin in April and be completed in late fall. The Lake Mills Market would also be part of an 18-acre project by developer Gary Gundlach that would include a Shopko Hometown store, restaurants and small strip mall.
