The next part is to create a link around that image. This will allow javascript to affect the image properties.
Skyward officials will appeal a Wisconsin Department of Administration decision to negotiate an estimated $15 million contract to be the sole provider of student information systems to Wisconsin’s more than 440 school districts and nondistrict charter schools.
The DOA announced late Friday that Minnesota-based Infinite Campus Inc. was selected for the contract. The company had the highest scoring proposal based on several criteria, including having the highest technical score and the lowest cost, according to the news release.
