Hi-Liter Graphics LLC of Burlington has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Inland Press of Menomonee Falls. With the purchase, Hi-Liter is forming a wholly owned subsidiary to be known as Inland Book LLC. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The combined entities are expected to have annual sales of more than $29 million in fiscal 2004. Hi-Liter Graphics will continue to operate the Inland specialty binding and fulfillment operations in the Menomonee Falls plant. Hi-Liter Graphics officials are expecting the majority of the Inland Press employees to remain with the new company. Jim Lacy, the owner and president of Inland Press, will become the executive vice president of the combined entity, which brings together two successful Wisconsin printing and bind organizations. "Properly leveraged, our combined assets will provide significant growth opportunities by offering a more complete product line to our customer base," said Craig Faust, president of Hi-Liter Graphics. Faust continues to hold a majority interest in Hi-Liter Graphics.
